Throughout 2020 and 2021 I have supported a number of employees with Outplacement/ Redundancy Coaching programmes. Having worked with employees on a 1-1 basis (online) I had the pleasure and privilege of getting to know many of these individuals quite well. Time and again I was completely bowled over by their resilience, positivity and focus on moving forward in spite of the challenges presented.
