The reality of the rapidly changing business and economic environment today means that occasionally organisations have to make difficult decisions and reduce their workforce. Being made redundant can be a challenging time and a time of deep uncertainty.
We have experience of supporting individuals through this change and in providing both emotional and practical support with assessing the current situation. We partner with the individual to come up with a plan of action going forward. We also provide practical support with CV, LinkedIn profile, job search and interview skills where required.
One to one and group sessions/ workshops are provided as part of our outplacement programmes. All of our Outplacement programmes are tailored to fit with the unique needs of each individual organisation.
