Rejuvenate is a highly effective free online course which aims to support and upskill women who are looking to return to the workforce. Rejuvenate Autumn 2022 is now open for registration and starts on September 27th. The programme is run by UCC and funded by Taste 4 Success Skillnet.
Some of the highlights of this course include:
– Delivered online via Zoom and accessible nationwide
– Time investment for participants is 9.30am – 12pm every Tuesday morning for 11 weeks with a break for school holidays!
– Some of the key topics covered include Training Needs Analysis, Confidence Building, CV & Cover letter preparation (online 1-1 session with a career coach is included), Job Search Skills, Digital Skills, Interview Preparation & Practice, Presentation Skills
