“Interview Skills for Hiring Managers” training at BAM Ireland

October 13, 2023Lorraine

I recently had the opportunity to deliver workshops to BAM Ireland. It was very interesting to learn more about the broad range of projects that BAM is involved in across construction, civil engineering, rail, facilities management and fascinating to hear about new developments within Modular Homes. The company has grown significantly since it’s establishment in 1958 but it has retained a family feeling and I have never met so many warm, welcoming and genuinely friendly people!

Thank you so much to Karen Davis (MCIPD) for inviting me and to Cathriona O Mahony for all of your valuable insights into the BAM recruitment process.

Speaking of recruitment, BAM are currently recruiting for a range of roles from graduate to experienced level across locations such as Cork, Kildare, Waterford and Dublin. Check them out here: https://lnkd.in/erix_NtB
