Delighted to speak this afternoon at the CyberQuest Women’s Group. We talked about the Inner Critic voice and how it loves to show up when we are applying for jobs and making a career change. It’s something that most of us experience, even elite sports professionals such as Rafal Nadal who said “What I battle hardest to do in a tennis match is to quiet the voices in my head”.
